What types of projects do you handle?
GLP-1 weight-loss therapy, peptide therapy (including NAD+), lifestyle and nutrition support, and IV hydration (coming soon).
What medications do you use for weight loss?
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide from reputable compounding pharmacies that meet stringent safety standards.
Do I qualify for GLP-1 medications?
Eligibility is based on a combination of BMI, medical history, metabolic risk factors, and your individualized health goals. A consultation is required to determine the safest and most appropriate option.
What is included in the initial consultation?
A comprehensive metabolic assessment, review of medical history, individualized treatment planning, and education on GLP-1 therapy, dosing, expectations, and lifestyle recommendations.
How do follow-up appointments work?
Follow-ups occur via telehealth and include monitoring of progress, symptom review, dose adjustments, and ongoing support.
How long does it take to see results?
Most patients begin to notice changes within the first 4–6 weeks, but results vary depending on dosing, nutrition, activity level, and metabolic health.
What side effects should I expect?
The most common are nausea, decreased appetite, constipation, or reflux. These are usually dose-related and manageable with guidance. You’ll receive personalized strategies to minimize side effects.
How long will I need to stay on medication?
Length of therapy depends on your metabolic goals, progress, and long-term plan. Some patients stay on GLP-1s for several months; others continue longer with ongoing evaluation.
Do I need labs before starting?
Labs are recommended to safely evaluate metabolic markers and overall health. They help guide dosing, monitor progress, and tailor your program.
Where do the medications come from?
Your prescriptions are filled through vetted, high-quality compounding pharmacies that meet FDA-regulated safety and sterility standards.
How do payments work?
Elite Vitality Wellness offers transparent, out-of-pocket pricing. Initial consultations, follow-up visits, and medications are paid at time of service. Zelle and credit card forms of payment are accepted.
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-pocket, concierge-style wellness practice and do not bill insurance. However, receipts for HSA reimbursement are provided by request.
Can I use this service if I live outside California?

What happens if I want to stop the medication?
You’ll receive a tapering plan and lifestyle transition support to help maintain your progress safely.
Do you offer in-person appointments?
Services are initially telehealth, with in-person IV hydration services planned for future expansion.
What is included in the initial consultation?
